These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of this website and any purchases you make through our merch store, as well as your use of features such as upcoming events, music video pages, and our mailing list signup.
By accessing or using this website, placing an order, or signing up for our mailing list, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or place an order.
Our store may include physical merch (e.g., CDs, apparel, keychains, caps) and may also include digital items and/or pre-save/video-related features depending on what we offer on the site at the time.
Availability. Product availability and quantities are limited. We may update product listings, prices, and availability at any time.
Pre-orders / drops. If a product is listed as a pre-order or limited release, the listed timeline is an estimate unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Prices are shown in the currency displayed on the site (example shown: HK$).
Taxes and shipping (if applicable) may be added at checkout unless clearly included in the price.
By making any purchases on this website, you agree to comply with Stripe's terms and conditions.
If an item is incorrectly priced due to an obvious error, we may cancel or refuse the order at our discretion. If an order is canceled, we will refund any amounts already paid.
If we need to cancel an order, we will refund you where applicable.
Shipping options, costs, and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout.
Delivery dates are estimates unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Risk of loss / title. Risk of loss passes to you when the shipment is delivered to the carrier for shipping (or when delivered to you, depending on the shipping terms shown at checkout).
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, holidays, or events beyond our control.
If you provide an incorrect address, delivery may fail and/or the package may be returned to us. We are not responsible for costs caused by incorrect address information, unless required by applicable law.
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at info@miamatayoshi.com within 7 days of delivery with order details and photos. We will provide a remedy where applicable (replacement, store credit, or refund), subject to verification.
